2025 Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training in South Tampa

The Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training offered by Body Aligned comprises a total of 450 hours. To be eligible for the final exam, you must attend all seminars in person and fulfill all the required hours. By successfully completing the course, you will be eligible to take the certification exam administered by the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP).

  • Learn how to communicate instructions to your future clients effectively. 
  • Learn modifications for special populations.

  • Gain experience through 80 observation hours, 100 practical hours and 100 teaching hours.
  • Certificate of completion provided upon passing practical (teaching and performing) and written final exams.
  • Become eligible to take the NCPT certification test.

Prerequisites:

A minimum of 25 hours of Pilates practice on the equipment either in the form of private sessions or group classes. Anatomy class is highly recommended.
